I am a psychotherapist with a reputation for delivering competent and effective care in a warm, affirming, and respectful manner. Before entering private practice, I was director of a day program for people with chronic mental illness, and deputy director of a nonprofit agency serving homeless families. My specialty areas include anxiety, panic, and stress management; couples counseling and relationship issues; substance abuse; clinical hypnosis; grief; and sexual addiction. I am on most insurance panels, and my office is conveniently located off of Route 40, near Cary Towne Center.
