From I-540: • Take I-540 towards the SIX FORKS RD exit (Exit 11). • Turn RIGHT onto SIX FORKS RD going SOUTH and travel 1.1 miles. • My new practice location is in the SIX FORKS OFFICE CENTER on the left soon after the intersection with Strickland Rd. • Turn into OFFICE CENTER DRIVE, take your 4th short RIGHT. • My building is on the back row – the last building on your left, number 8400. • Park in front of the building, come into atrium and enter Suite 203 From I-440: • Take I-440 towards the SIX FORKS RD NORTH exit (Exit 8B). • Take the SIX FORKS RD NORTH exit toward NORTH HILLS. • Travel 4.1 miles on SIX FORKS RD. • My new practice location is in the SIX FORKS OFFICE CENTER on the RIGHT before you get to Strickland Rd. • Turn into OFFICE CENTER DRIVE, take your 4th short RIGHT. • My building is on the back row – the last building on your left, number 8400. • Park in front of the building, come into atrium and enter Suite 203
