I work with couple to help them through their relationship difficulties, reach relationship goals and learn how to achieve healthy, loving relationships. I encourage couples to be proactive in therapy sessions. We decide together the goals of therapy and work on a treatment plan to achieve those goals. Couples are encouraged to actively engage in the therapeutic process by completing homework and practical tasks to receive maximum benefit.
