Our private practice, Orenstein Solutions, specializes in relationship issues and marital therapy.  Much of our work is helping couples build relationship skills, develop mutual interests, improve emotional and physical itimacy,  and create a shared sense of purpose and meaning.  Often the counseling is present and future-oriented, pragmatic, and solution-focused.

There are many times we work with couples who have experienced a crisis due to an affair.  In these situations, we help couples through the pain, despair, anger and hurt, while they determine how to make their marriage more satisfying and intimate.  We teach couples a model of healing and forgiveness in a manner that shows respect, dignity and understanding for each partner.
