Background Information:

For more than 25 years, Megan has worked with families and individuals experiencing depression, anxiety and recovery from substance abuse. She has expertise in helping couples and families when one or more members are recovering from substance abuse, and she's able to assist parents with the anxieties of dealing with addicted sons and daughters.  Additionally, Megan is a level II EMDR specialist for use with Post Traumatic Stress, anxiety, pain control and relaxation.

Megan is skilled in short-term cognitive/behavioral therapy and longer term analysis. She is able to quickly understand the dynamics of clients' problems and successfully uncover practical solutions within as few sessions as possible, and she is committed to providing each client with the tools for a quality lifestyle.
