PAIRS: One Day Workshop for Couples

Saturday, February 27, 2010 – 09:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Download Registration Form or Register Online

PAIRS workshops were created by Lori Gordon, Ph.D. over thirty years ago and have been frequently updated, based on cutting edge research and the feedback of thousands of participants. In this one day PAIRS ESSENTIALS workshop, couples will receive a tool box for enhanced communication, problem solving and emotional connection. Discover the essential skills that have helped thousands of couples create and sustain relationships that are an ongoing source of love, pleasure and happiness.

The PAIRS workshop takes place in a comfortable, private small group setting. The workshop format consists of brief lectures followed by coaching of practical, easy to use relationship-building tools, taught through interactive exercises with your partner. This is not group therapy and is not intended as a substitute for psychotherapy. . . This is a psycho-educational workshop meant to enhance couples’ relationships by providing group support and new skills. Couples will be encouraged to participate in the PAIRS exercises, but there will be no pressure for anyone to share private information with the group. .. only what is comfortable for you. Some participants have found they’ve learned a tremendous amount just from listening to others’ experiences. So reserved partners out there and chatty partners are all welcome!
